When occurring abnormal movement, please check below phenomenon orderly.

1. Load and driving condition
 1) if inertia of friction of load is bigger than the motor’s torque, step out will be occurred or it will not move. Please check that the load condition exceeds the capacity.
 2) If Acc/Dec time is too short or operation velocity(pulse frequency) is too high, the ability to operate load will be getting less. So please check the possibility to ease the motion condition to solve problem.

2. Wiring status
 1) Due to incorrect motor wiring, motor will be abnormal status of vibrating without revolution.
In this case, please check wrong cabling or short of cable. In case of brake integrated product, please double check brake of wiring and motion as well.

3. Power status
 1) Insufficient power capacity of the drive makes the abnormal operation of the motor. Please check and compare the current consumption of the motor and drive with power supply capacity.
