We recommend to set ambient temperature as under 50℃ with consideration of temperature difference between motor inner winding and enclosure.

Ambient temperature depends on motor’s allowable winding temperature and increasing of motor temperature.
Allowable winding temperature of stepping motor is limited as B Class of insulation (130 ℃).
Also, the temperature rise of the stepping motor is designed to be under 80℃ as magnetized status at stop status.

So we recommend setting ambient temperature as under 50℃ with consideration of temperature difference (temperature gradient) between motor inner winding and enclosures.
