There are 4 noise protection methods according to the noise generating area.
        1. Noise prevents method between drive and motor
        2. Noise prevents method between drive and pulse output host controller
        3. Noise prevents method between drive and power
        4. When used with a servo motor, maintain the same electric potential between rame of motor and frame of drive,

            the same electric potential between frame of drive and host controller when wiring
 
1. Noise prevents method between drive and motor

   1) Use ferrite core between motor and drive
   2) It is possible to buy a ferrite core fit for each cable width by size
       in the ordinary market.
       It can install and separate easily because of removable type.
       (Install at the part which is worrying noise after wiring.) 
   3) Mounting method is like Right picture.

 2. Noise prevents method between drive and pulse output host controller

   1) Wire signal cable briefly as possible.
   2) Wire signal cable and power cable as far as possible.
   3) Use signal cable as Twist Pair cable.
      : It has an advantage in noise reduction in comparison with FLAT cable.
       Stress to cable is absorbed in twist part, so it has an advantage in movability.

Twisted pair cable should be used as a pair with same signal (CW+ and CW-, CCW+ and CCW- etc.).If not, there will be an opposite effect. Please use carefully. And please use Shield cable and need to let one or both sides of cable be grounded. But in case of potential difference between master controller and frame of drive, need to let only one side be grounded to prevent any accident.

3. Noise prevents method between drive and power

   1)  Please use noise filter or Capacitor.
     : Noise from motor operation can be coming into control circuit and it will be harmful for control.
       So please use noise filter to prevent.

   2) Please make sure Earth.
      :  Normally cabling drawing indicates as “E”.
        “E” it means, need to ground at Earth.
        For safety, please do a cabling includes Earth grounding according to cabling drawings.
