We would like to take this project one step further and would like to send this RFQ to Fastech, by this reason I hereby sending you our Motor specification HDTT, two different types of motors:

1. Drive motor for single track transfer conveyor
2. Function motors for miscellaneous device, (e.g. lifting)

FlexLink hope by our specification receiving your offer and by this creating next step of cooperation.

We hope that all requests can be met, if any deviation please let us know immediatel

Motor specification, HDTT

Background:
FlexLink has pointed out the future strategy which includes the standardized controls concept. This means that FlexLink devices (FDP) is going to be used for controlling parts of a line. If this should be an attractive solution the whole controls hierarchy has to be under consideration.  This starts with the components at the lowest level and end up with the line controller on the top level.
For the project HDTT there is also a requirement of replacing pneumatics with electric movements. Because of this there is a need of many function motors in this platform. These function motors these could later be reused in other platforms. All motors can be dived into three different categories:
Motor types
Drive motor for twin track conveyors
This category is not under consideration in this specification.
Drive motors for single track transfer conveyor
Communication:
- Priority 1: CAN-open (adjustable physically with a mechanical potentiometer “on/off” with NOD addressing.
- Priority 2: (RS485/RS232)
- Priority 3: (Discrete signals)
Max. Installation size square 60x60 mm
Drive: Preferred integrated on the motor, alternative divided solution drive and motor
Control: Constant speed, constant acceleration ramp, speed mode, torque limit.
Encoder feedback: Needed, preset 0 position.
Connectors: 2m cable included with motor (power and signal).
IP class: IP54 is required, but IP65 big advantage.
Outgoing axis (Motor or gear): D-shape
Power supply: Priority 24V DC
Torque: minimum 3,5 Nm in motion 105 rpm but 2,5Nm to be considered
Speed: 7-105 rpm
Class: CE-classified is demanded, UL is an advantage
Potential yearly volume: Year 1 = 400, Year 2 = 1200, Year 3 = 2400.
