
- 1. Ethernet-Compatible Motion Control

Ezi-POS Ethernet is a servo control system with maximum of 254 axis through Ethernet communication. And daisy-chain connection is available through internally equipped Ethernet switch. All of the Motion conditions are set through the Ethernet communication, and all the motion operation are stored in ROM as parameters.
Additionally, Ezi-POS Ethernet provides a motion library* for users who wish to develop their own motion programs.

- 2. PT: Position Table Function

Position table function allows users to store up to 256 motion operations in memory and execute them easily when needed.
With this function, the upper-level controller can drive the motor by directly manipulating input signals such as Position Table Number, Start/Stop, and Origin search.
Additionally, the upper-level controller can monitor output signals from the drive, such as In-position, Origin serach OK, Moving/Stop, Servo Ready and other digital output signal.

- 3. Torque-Off Function

Ezi-POS Ethernet provides a hardware-based function to cut off power to the motor independently of Ethernet communication. When the TQOFF input of the torque-off connector is detected , the drive immediately turns off the servo, and the motor stops.

- 4. Auto-Tuning

Ezi-POS Ethernet offers a simple and user-friendly auto-tuning function.
The drive automatically estimates the system’s load inertia and adjusts the optimal gain values.
By using the user software (GUI), auto-tuning can be completed with just a few button clicks.
During the tuning process, each step can be monitored in real time, and the results can be tested immediately.

- 5. Battery-Compatible DC Power Input

Ezi-POS Ethernet offers a low-voltage product lineup with a rated voltage of DC 12 to 48 V.
It supports a wide operating voltage range (80 ~ 120 % of the rated voltage), features low power consumption, and enables high-efficiency motor control, making it ideal for battery-powered applications.
The battery’s charge status can also be continuously monitored by checking the drive’s power voltage through the upper-level controller.
